Role Overview:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Data Specialist to join our dynamic data operations team in Mexico City. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, customised analysis to our automotive customers by extracting, researching, manipulating, analysing, and interpreting automotive data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a steady flow of incoming raw data by liaising with external sources.
  
• Review and input data into spreadsheets.
  
• Research and load automotive data in JATO's systems.
  
• Collaborate with local researchers for insights and updates.
  
• Coordinate with the Production Department to maintain data flow.
  
• Work with the QA team to ensure data accuracy.
  
• Log queries from manufacturers or dealerships to identify process improvements.
  
• Monitor data quality and report anomalies for correction.

Key Requirements:

• At least one year experience in Automotive Industry (desired)
• Experience of working in a multi-national environment (desired)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, e.g. macros, pivot tables, advanced formula, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure high-quality data.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
