Role Overview:
We are looking for a Dealer Account Manager in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will collect and input data from the automotive industry to enhance JATO's official Sales and Registration figures and improve the quality of existing data for the local market.
You will develop and maintain strong connections with automotive manufacturers, dealers, and RTOs to ensure we gather the relevant data.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong self-motivation and an analytical approach to data collection. Please note this a home-based role, and you will be expected to travel across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the company with complete sales, registration, incentive, tax, and pricing data for the 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler industry.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Liaise with automotive manufacturers, dealers, and RTOs to collect monthly volumes and model mix data.
- Collaborate with other data suppliers, trade organizations, and dealers to gather additional information about the automobile industry.
- Build and maintain deep connections within the automotive industry, including OEMs, dealers, and local RTOs.
- Collect data according to a regular schedule, accurately input data into a database using JATO’s software, and maintain an up-to-date and complete database.
- Follow market events and attend them to gain market knowledge and develop contacts.
- Actively seek new and improved methods of collecting information to enhance official sales and registration data.
- Monitor the quality of historical and current volumes data in the local market and report any anomalies for correction.
- Support the development of new products related to volumes and model mix.
- Collect price lists from dealers across allocated cities.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate or diploma holder.
- Keen interest in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the local car market and terminology used to describe vehicles.
- Ability to accurately input data into spreadsheets.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Intermediate PC skills, including knowledge of Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and data input.
- Familiarity with current JATO products is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally and domestically.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
