Role Overview:
The Account Manager focusses on high growth customers, be that existing or new and plays a crucial role in driving revenue and building strong partnerships. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities through proactive engagement and obtaining new logos. The role is not vertical specific for Brazil and incorporates responsibilities for accounts of all verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer growth and retention through strategic account management.
- Acquire new customers in line with vertical sales targets.
- Build deep expertise in JATO’s solutions and understand the competitive landscape.
- Strengthen customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities through proactive engagement and marketing support.
- Develop and execute business development plans to meet sales goals.
- Manage customer engagement across the full lifecycle.
- Maintain full CRM compliance, including accurate pipeline management and detailed account insights.
- Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared to inform business strategy.
- Execute operational activities outlined in customer account plans.
Key Requirements:
- Proven success in consultative sales within Data, Software, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and articulating value propositions.
- Demonstrated experience in both new business development and account management.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to grasp and communicate complex concepts confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Outreach.
