Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Executive with strong HubSpot experience to manage, maintain and continually optimise our digital ecosystem. This role focuses on operating, improving, and expanding our digital presence - including website updates, automation workflows, reporting, SEO, and digital performance tracking. You will be the go to person for HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub, ensuring our digital journeys, content, and tracking consistently support lead generation and commercial growth.
This role is perfect for a B2B marketer ready to deepen their HubSpot expertise and grow toward digital ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update website content using HubSpot CMS templates and modules.
Build and optimise landing pages, forms, CTAs, and thank-you pages.
Conduct routine QA checks (links, formatting, accessibility basics, speed checks).
Ensure tracking and tagging (UTMs, page tags) are correctly implemented.
Maintain existing HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and email campaigns.
Monitor lead routing and lifecycle stages to ensure data accuracy and smooth handoffs.
Support improvements to user journeys and automation logic over time.
Keep lists, properties, and segments clean and up to date.
Execute on page SEO best practices (metadata, headings, alt text, internal linking).
Monitor organic performance and support content optimisation for discoverability.
Ensure web content follows UX, search and brand standards.
Maintain HubSpot and GA4 dashboards, track digital KPIs, and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to support ongoing optimisation.
Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to ensure campaigns integrate correctly with HubSpot workflows and tracking.
Build UTM tracked campaign links and ensure measurability.
Update landing pages and forms to support campaign activity.
Identify opportunities to enhance website performance, conversion rates, and automation effectiveness.
Stay current with HubSpot updates and relevant digital best practices, sharing recommendations with the team.
Assist with light documentation (process guides, naming conventions, tracking standards).
Support internal team members in using HubSpot features effectively (lists, emails, basic reporting).
Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to maintain smooth digital operations.
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS + Marketing Hub.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, UX, automation).
Ability to create pages, emails, workflows, lists, and reports within HubSpot.
Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and UTM tracking.
B2B marketing experience.
Basic HTML/CSS
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or another CRM
Exposure to CRO, A/B testing or landing page optimisation
Experience documenting processes or improving workflows
