We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Data Research Specialists to join our Research team, based at our Aerocity office in Delhi, India.

About the role:
The Incentives Data Research Specialist (DRS) is responsible for researching, analysing, coding, and delivering Manufacturer and Dealer Incentive campaigns. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry into JATO’s database in accordance with established methodologies, while maintaining the highest standards of data protection and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research incentive information across the local market and wider industry, including independent research such as mystery shopping and reviewing OEM/Importer websites to ensure full and accurate coverage.
• Analyse incentive documentation by reviewing large volumes of information, extracting key campaign details, identifying incentive types (Dealer, OEM, Bank, etc.), and classifying data according to established methodology.
• Maintain the Incentives Database by accurately entering validated data and ensuring compliance with local guidelines and market requirements.
• Back up all collected information in an organised manner to provide clear, verifiable evidence supporting database content.
• Provide customer support by responding to inquiries through internal QA processes and explaining incentive methodologies and procedures.
• Implement corrections and adjustments in the JATO database as directed by Data Operations management, the CoE, and business needs.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, completeness and consistency in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Use Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, and Teams for reporting and collaboration.
• Complete assigned workload and support additional specialised tasks based on team priorities.
• Follow rotational working patterns to collaborate with global teams and maintain smooth operational coverage.
• Stay updated with current procedures and ensure the latest JATO process changes are correctly followed.
• Use JATO workload tools, including time recording, task management, and other existing or future research tools.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data entry, data analysis, or automotive fields.
Knowledge of database structures and the ability to interpret and navigate stored information.
General understanding of the automotive industry; knowledge of automotive finance campaigns is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret automotive finance campaign information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet project requirements.
Interest in vehicle technology, automotive specifications, trends, and markets.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for basic data manipulation.
Strong communication skills to support collaboration with global teams.
Ability to work effectively in a team to support smooth data operations.
Strong time management, reliability, and a proactive work approach.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
